Overview

DRX AI Inventory & Pricing Intelligence helps frontline operators make faster decisions on pricing, replenishment, and inventory exceptions.

Use it as a decision helper, not an autopilot. AI suggestions are only one input before you apply your store rules, supplier terms, and local knowledge.

When to use it

• You need a quick read on which items should change price or reorder.
• You want alerts for unusual movement, slow movers, and fast movers.
• You are checking for potential stockouts or overstock exposure.

How to use it

1. Open the DRX Intelligence page from your operator dashboard after your workspace enables the feature.
2. Review the dashboard widget to spot the top recommendations and alerts for the day.
3. Open one recommendation to view the detail card and the context that drove it.
4. Validate the suggestion against current price policy, supplier lead time, and in-branch demand.
5. Take action in the normal pricing or purchase workflow (do not edit from the intelligence card alone).
6. Mark the recommendation as complete, not relevant, or not helpful based on your review.
7. Reopen the suggestion when needed to check if the context changed.

• Intelligence page: Full list of recommendations, forecasts, and alerts with item-level detail.
• Dashboard widget: Quick, rotating list of high-priority alerts.
• Feedback controls: Helpful/not helpful controls keep future output aligned to your store behavior.

Tips for operators

• Start with the alert that blocks selling or customer fulfillment first.
• Confirm demand signals with real-time sales or purchase context before changing prices.
• Keep reasons clear when you complete or dismiss an alert for easier team alignment.
