Dashboard Overview

Overview

The DRX Dashboard is the operator’s first pass for what needs attention right now. It helps you compare today's pace with normal flow, spot low stock pressure, and handle operational items before they become customer-facing issues.

When to use it

  • Start of shift to set priorities across sales and inventory tasks.
  • Mid-shift when you need a fast pulse check.
  • End of shift to confirm unresolved alerts are captured.

How to use it

  1. Open the Dashboard from the main navigation.
  2. Review sales pace and determine whether today is ahead, on track, or behind.
  3. Check low-stock pressure and confirm which items need replenishment action.
  4. Open operational alerts for intake, audits, adjustments, credit, and payments.
  5. Prioritize blocking issues first, then high-velocity stock risks, then cleanup tasks.
  6. Drill into Sales, Inventory, or Reports from each card before taking action.
  7. Assign clear owners for follow-up if your team uses task tracking.
  8. Recheck after actions and confirm alert state clears.

Options and settings

  • Workspace or date filters when supported.
  • Refresh to pull the latest activity before action decisions.

Tips for operators

  • Use one dashboard pass at the start of each shift; avoid jumping between screens before priorities are set.
  • When stockouts cluster, prioritize high-velocity SKUs first.
  • Keep adjustments, refunds, and audits in DRX so reporting stays auditable.
